About us
In 1994 the ASAT Association was founded by a group of students and graduates in Tropical and Subtropical Agricultural studies in order to become a reference point for those with a professional and cultural interest in developing countries and in Development Co-operation. The Employment Opportunities Service provides an efficient link between qualified professionals interested in Development Co-operation and job offers in this sector. Specific priorities of the Organization are: encouraging in-depth study of human development, conservation of environmental equilibrium, use of appropriate technologies, and bolstering local knowledge through seminars to back up the academic university programme.
