Structures & Laboratories
The interdepartmental Laboratory of Peptide & Protein Chemistry & Biology is located in the Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico of Sesto Fiorentino, Florence (Italy).
The laboratories are inside the Department of Organic Chemistry "Ugo Schiff" and in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Arriving by car
From the centre of Florence: direction Sesto Fiorentino. Go straight through via Reginaldo Giuliani and then through Viale Gramsci till Sesto Fiorentino. Turn on the left at the roundabout (viale dei Mille) and follow the pointers to Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico (after the underpass turn on the right in viale Ariosto till the roundabout, here turn on the left and go straight for about 2 km where you find the pointer to the left indicating the Polo Scientifico)
Going in the direction of the Highway A11 (Firenze/Mare) and the Airport of Florence, follow the pointers to “Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico”, go on through via dell’Osmannoro and turn on the right at the Pointer “Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico”, access from Viale delle Idee
Arriving from Firenze Nova (V. Panciatichi-V. Perfetti Ricasoli), at the traffic light at the crossroad with Viale XI agosto turn on the right and go straight till the pointer to via del termine and Sesto Fiorentino. Follow the street till the traffic light, and follow the pointers to via del Termine. Turn on the left to Viale Pasolini at the corner where there is the dog pound, and go straight. At the third rundabout turn on the left to Via dell’Osmannoro and then turn on the left again where you find the pointer of Polo Scientifico.
Arriving by bus
From Florence: ATAF Bus no. 57 Piazza San Marco-Piazza Stazione - Piazza San Jacopino - Polo Scientifico (each 20 minutes).
