New Academic Year 2019-2020

Registrations for the open-access degree programs of the University of Florence will open on 9 September.

The date is established by the Students Regulations (Manifesto degli Studi) 2019/2020, recently approved by the University's governing bodies.

Degree courses with restricted access (set quota), which require an admission test, have different deadlines; they will be indicated in the individual calls for admission, to be published soon on the University website.

There are 57 undergraduate degree programmes, 9 single-cycle master's degree courses and 70 master's courses which make up the educational offer of the University of Florence for the next academic year which can be consulted online.

In addition, the calendars of the incoming students' tests ("test di verifica delle conoscenze in ingresso") for the verification of prior knowledge are in the process of being prepared (mandatory for all new students of unrestricted access courses, even though they do not prevent enrolment).

The School of Economics and Management has already set the dates of the first round of tests in July and August (more information on the website https://www.economia.unifi.it/).

To help you in the choice of the best degree course for you, the next appointment is set for Thursday 11 July with the event "I study in Florence" (4 pm, Rettorato (Main Offices Building), Piazza San Marco, 4): on this occasion the Unifi study programmes  and all useful information for the new academic year will be presented.
