As per President’s Decree D.R. n. 360/2020 (pdf), starting from April all graduation sessions will be held remotely, same as all other teaching and testing activities.

These measures will be the norm until further notice.

The April graduation session has been extended to June for all those students who, due to Covid-19 restrictions were not able to complete their work, be it experimental, field, research.
The Decree outlines all the steps to engage in a remote graduation session.

A few salient points are listed below, but please refer to the Decree n. 360 for all the details

  • Candidates will connect to the online session via Google Meet or other suitable platform as indicated by the examining board.
  • Candidates will need to prove their identity by showing their ID to the camera.
  • The procedures will apply not only to Bachelor and Master Courses graduations but also to PhDs, Professional Masters and Specialisation courses’ graduations.
  • Candidates will connect from home using their own devices. They will need to be alone in the room and not use any aiding tools.
  • Candidates need to sign a form to accept the online graduation procedures and submit it to the Board at their request.
