On 1 June 2016, a research registry was established to survey the University's research projects at all stages (proposal, approval and sign off by the Department Director, financing, monitoring and reporting). Proponents - professors and researchers - enter project proposals online; this step is a necessary and sufficient condition for the Department Council to be able to express itself on the feasibility of the project and therefore allow the Director to proceed with the signature of the paperwork related to the presentation of the proposal.

The Registry allows the interested parties to follow the entire life cycle of the project as the Department concerned, by logging in, is able to visualize and take charge of the project proposals, entering the data relating to the feasibility resolution and the outcome of the evaluation by the funding body.

Access to Research Registry

"Targeted Information" Service

The Research Registry also offers a new channel that helps to expand the users base of the targeted information service, provided by the Euroepan and International research Unit.

The purpose of the service is to report funding opportunities to professors and / or researchers, identifying the types most relevant to individual sectors of interest or to a specific project idea, thus combining research interests with available opportunities.

The service also allows to send confidential advance notices on forthcoming calls.

The service access form can be filled online in the functions menu on the left column of the page, by clicking on "Targeted information". The form presents an initial part that is pre-filled by the system with the data relating to the academic staff involved, their position in the University and the Department of affiliation.

The professor or researcher will have to fill in the two mandatory fields inserting the keywords that describe his / her field of research, both generic and specific. They can also indicate the types of projects they have already submitted and / or that have been funded and indicate which continents and / or countries they have worked with or with which they would be interested in collaborating.
