In Osaka, the Italian Pavilion hosted two days dedicated to the project coordinated by the University. Great success at the Osaka Expo for “T-POWER: Life Sciences Made in Tuscany. Innovating for Saving, Empowering, and Connecting Lives”, a project coordinated by the University of Florence that showcases the excellence of Tuscan research in the field of life sciences.In Japan, Unifi played a leading role at the Italian Pavilion, heading up the partnership that drove the project, which consisted of universities in the region and the CNR - National Institute of Optics. The aim was to provide information on technological developments generated within the Tuscany Health Ecosystem (THE) innovation ecosystem, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).On Thursday 17 and Friday 18 July, the group of professors and researchers, led by vice-rector for Research Debora Berti and International Relations delegate Giorgia Giovannetti, presented the various projects developed at THE, focusing on innovation in precision diagnostics and personalized medicine, robotic technologies and assistive solutions, as well as projects for social well-being and inclusion.
