The course focuses on the protection of the citizens against the public authorities, even under the perspective of its historical evolution, with the goal to give an analytical knowledge and a critical comprehension of its functioning.

to be integrated with the analysis of case law textbook:
D. Sorace - A. Corpaci - W. Gasparri - R. Briani, Giustizia amministrativa - Materiali, Cedam, Padova, latest ed. (a special attention shall be paid to the decisions listed in the website of the Course).
A direct and autonomous study of the concerned legislation is also necessary. The student shall therefore utilise whatever text containing that legislation, which he shall know and utilise.
