Performs study, coordination, address, control and monitoring functions for teaching internationalization programs, in particular:

• signs bilateral agreements proposed by the didactic structures;
• renews the application for the institutional contract with the EU; 
• the financial agreement with the EU;
• publishes the University Call for Student Mobility;
• provides the contracts for assignment of the mobility stock exchange and transmits them to the Didactic Services Office and Marco Polo students to have them signed by students;
• provides for the payment the mobility stock exchange; 
• carries out study, coordination, address, control and monitoring for international students; 
• takes care of intermediate and final reports to the National Agency of the funds granted for mobility sholarships. Schools 

The Office deal with the following activities for Erasmus incoming students:

• certificate of the period of study at the University of Florence;
• final certificate with indication of the exams taken (transcript of records).

For outgoing students the services deal with:

• assist students in the compilation of the application form (with particular attention to the "Learning Agreement or Didactic Agreement", mandatory for the approval and recognition of the study program that is intended to carry out abroad - before the departure of the student);
• collect and select students' applications;
• publish the ranking;
• send the students' "Learning Agreement" to the partners universities and from these promptly returned, signed for acceptance;
• manage the renunces and replacements.
