Quality Assurance (QA) represents a cornerstone for the University of Florence, essential to the fulfillment of its institutional missions. The University’s Quality Policies are articulated within the Strategic Plan, through which the Institution defines its identity and communicates its strategies, objectives, and implementation frameworks to stakeholders.

The Quality Assurance System (QA) serves as the core of our strategy, aimed at consolidating the University of Florence as a preeminent 'habitat of knowledge.' Through rigorous planning, concrete actions, consistent monitoring, and continuous review—in alignment with the model established by the National Agency for the Evaluation of the University and Research System (ANVUR)—the University ensures the synergistic management of its institutional missions, oriented toward continuous improvement and transparency.
