Other events and initiatives

The initiative "I Venerdì dell'Orientamento" - The Fridays of orientation - is dedicated to high school managers, tutors, counselors and teachers to introduce Unifi activities.

The University of Florence actively participates not only in numerous orientation and students trade fairs, but also in events organized by high school.

The goal is to introduce Unifi educational offer and services.  It is an opportunity of dialogue for high school students to receive answers regarding the university world.

"Università Svelate" - University revealed - is the National Day promoted by the Italian Conference of Rectors CRUI, in collaboration with ANCI and with the patronage of the Ministry of University and the Municipality of Florence.

At Fortezza da Basso, in Florence, the most important trade fair event on innovation in the world of education. Unifi will be present with a stands and workshops for primary and high school teachers. 

This event was created with the aim of spreading knowledge about stem cells and promoting scientific study and education, targeting to high school students.

Organised by the UniStem Centre as part of a European science outreach event, it involves 30,000 students, over 250 hight schools and 97 universities and research centres around the world, spread across 12 countries and 2 continents.
