The events offered to high school students are accessible free of charge upon reservation and can be included in the 30 hours of curricular orientation.

For teachers, a concrete space for dialogue on the University's initiatives is provided by the Venerdì dell'Orientamento (Orientation Fridays), held locally or online from September to October.

The University of Florence – through the University Museum System, the OpenLab service center, and its Departments – regularly promotes initiatives and science outreach activities throughout the year, aimed at young people and families.

Research and its results, initiatives and events, connections with the local community and businesses, ideas, projects, stories, and people that make the University of Florence a point of reference for both the national and international community: UnifiMagazine, the University's online publication, aims to share all of this to bring a wider audience closer to university life and the world of research in Florence.
