Tools for collecting and monitoring information

The University grounds its strategic planning on the systematic analysis of data gathered through established evaluation and monitoring tools.

In accordance with current regulations and to support Quality Assurance processes, the University regularly surveys students and Ph.D. students regarding their educational experience and the quality of university services. These evaluations are supplemented by thematic questionnaires, focus groups, and formal feedback and complaint channels.

A reliable, indicator-based system derived from these surveys supports decision-making processes and the continuous improvement of teaching and student services.

The University monitors and analyses this data through dedicated dashboards.

A statistical information system for the analysis and online dissemination of data collected through the Student Opinion Survey (ROS) and other surveys relating to academic education.

The system has been designed to be fully flexible and, where necessary, can be easily integrated with existing administrative data sources.

A tool developed by ANVUR containing data and indicators to provide a clear and accessible overview of key information on the national university system.

The education section features a set of indicators on new students, enroled students, graduates and employment outcomes.

The Student’s Voice is platform for active listening to students designed to promote the continuous improvement of teaching and services. 

Unifi students have the opportunity to submit reports, suggestions, complaints, or compliments regarding their degree programme or Ph.D. programme completely anonymously. 

Through active participation, each student becomes a key player in the quality of their educational path, ensuring that feedback does not remain isolated but becomes an integral part of a transparent and structured institutional review process.
