Tools for collecting and monitoring information

The University’s strategic choices are based on a systematic analysis of data derived from established investigation and monitoring tools.

In compliance with current regulations and in support of Quality Assurance processes, the University periodically collects the views of students and Ph.D. students on their learning experience and on the quality of services. These surveys are complemented by tools such as thematic questionnaires, focus groups, and channels for reports and complaints.

The availability of a reliable system of indicators based on these surveys supports decision-making processes and the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching and services.

The University uses specific dashboards to collect and monitor information.
