When and how to pay your fees

University tuition fees are generally paid in two instalments, according to the deadlines indicated in the academic calendar.

If you pay late, an additional charge of 100 euro applies.

University tuition fees are paid through the PagoPA system by accessing the GCS (Student Academic Career Management) portal, under the section Segreteria > Tasse e pagamenti.

From here you can:

• pay online through PagoPA;
• download the payment notice (avviso di pagamento) and pay via home banking, bank, tobacconists, or other authorised points.

After the payment, the fee status is automatically updated in your reserved area on GCS portal.

If your payments are not up to date:

• you cannot request certificates;
• you cannot transfer to another university;
• you cannot change your degree programme.

Always keep your payment receipt until the end of your university career.

If you are enroled as a part‑time student

You may pay a reduced university contribution, as follows:

• part‑time students at 50% pay 50% of the university contribution;
• part‑time students at 75% pay 75% of the university contribution.

The regional tax and the stamp duty remain unchanged.
