Cycle 42 - Call for Applications

This section contains the Ph.D. programmes for the Cycle 42.

The University of Florence offers a broad range of Ph.D. programmes across five main thematic areas: Biomedical, Scientific, Social Sciences, Technological, and Humanities.

Dedicated fact sheets are available for each Ph.D. programme, detailing research topics, entry requirements, and selection methods and criteria. You can view the relevant fact sheet on the Ph.D. programmes page.

Programmes may be taught in Italian, English, or in a bilingual format.

In addition to standard Unifi Ph.Ds, students can apply for National Ph.D Programmes (DIN) or programmes established under agreements or in consortium with other universities, designed to explore topics of strategic relevance.
