Contact Center and Student Administration Offices

If you need information or assistance, you can call the Contact Center, which provides support for: 

• administrative deadlines;
• ISEE and university fees;
• enrolment in unrestricted‑access programmes;
• information on restricted‑admission programmes;
• use of online services and the GCS (Student Career Management) platform

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. 12 p.m. 

The Contact Center provides general information and support for online services. For matters related to your academic career, you must contact the Student Administration Offices for your degree programme.

The Student Administration Offices handle the administrative procedures related to your academic career, such as: 

• enrolment and registration;
• programme changes and transfers;
• withdrawals or suspensions;
• certificates;
• academic‑career management

Appointments required

The Student Administration Offices receive students by appointment only. Appointments may take place in person at the office or online via Google Meet.

Email contact

To request assistance, you can email the relevant Student Administration Office, including:

• your first and last name;
• your student ID number (if available);
• your School and degree programme;
• the reason for your request.

If you are already a Unifi student, you must write using your university email address @edu.unifi.it.

Each Student Academic Career Office is responsible for specific Schools and degree programmes. Contact the one that corresponds to your programme.

If you need a degree certificate or other documents, you must submit a request by completing the online form of the Student Academic Career Office responsible for your degree programme.
