Your digital kit

Many university procedures are carried out online through the University’s digital services. On this page you will find the main tools to start managing your academic career, access useful information and use the services available to Unifi students.

The official app allows you to quickly access the main university services from your smartphone. With the app, you can view your academic record, exams and calendar, read notices and access university services.

Through the GCS portal you can: 

• enrol and renew your registration
• view fees and payments
• complete your study plan
• reserve exams
• check exam records and your academic progress
• request certificates
• download self‑certifications and documents relating to your academic career 

Access your reserved area to manage enrolments, academic career, exams, payments and the main administrative procedures.

After enrolment, you will receive an institutional email account in the format [email protected], which the University uses for all official communications. 

Check your Unifi email regularly: communications regarding exams, fees, deadlines and university services are sent exclusively to this address.

Access is via SPID or CIE. For instructions on access, password recovery, automatic forwarding and support, consult the dedicated webpage.

On Moodle you can access teaching materials, download slides and documents, receive communications from lecturers, take part in online activities and enter the virtual classrooms of your courses.

The platform is also used for blended‑learning activities, videoconferencing and for taking certain exams.

A tutorial is available on the login page to help you explore the platform and understand how it works.

To access, use your Unifi student ID number and institutional password. Alternatively, you can log in via SPID. Once you have logged in, you can:

• search for a course by name or code;
• browse by School, degree programme and academic year;
• enrol in the virtual classroom of your course.

Some courses may require an access key provided by the lecturer.

After enrolment, the course will automatically appear on your personal dashboard.

Through the libraries’ online services you can:

• search for books, articles, journals and ebooks via OneSearch;
• access scientific databases and electronic journals;
• consult ebooks and digital resources also from home;
• use online loan, reservation and consultation services;
• access guides, tutorials and support for bibliographic research
