Documents, Guidelines, and Tools

To support the structures in self‑assessment and in the implementation of the Quality Assurance system, the University provides a set of tools: guidelines and document templates, monitoring dashboards, training and information activities.

The guidelines are periodically revised on the basis of operational needs, process improvements, and regulatory or organisational updates. The Quality Assurance Unit, involving the administrative areas, coordinates their revision, updates them, and, where necessary, submits them for approval by the governing bodies.

The documents are published on the University website and on the intranet and are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

These documents can be found in the Statutes and Regulations (Statuto e normativa) section:

  • University Statute
  • General University Regulations
  • Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • University Regulations for Departments
  • University Regulations for Schools
