Calendar and key deadlines

During the academic year, there are important deadlines to meet for enrolment, registration, tuition fees, programme changes, transfers and applications for financial benefits. 

In some cases, failure to meet these deadlines may result in additional payments. This page provides the main dates and useful information to help you manage your academic path correctly. All procedures are carried out online through the GCS portal.

These are the main deadlines to be met during the 2026/2027 academic year. Failure to meet the deadlines will result, where indicated, in an administrative charge of 100 euros.

• Enrolment and incoming transfers (unrestricted programmes) 
  1 July 2026 – 6 November 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: 18 December 2026)
   
• Submission of applications for recognition of foreign qualifications 
  1 July 2026 – 15 September 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: 6 November 2026)
   
• Outgoing transfers 
  3 August 2026 – 6 November 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: 18 December 2026)
   
• Payment of the first instalment 
  by 6 November 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: also possible after the ordinary deadline)
   
• Renewal of enrolment for years following the first year with exemptions 
  3 August 2026 – 6 November 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: 22 January 2027, with a 15‑day extension for students renewing their enrolment late after this date)
   
• Enrolment in single courses (unrestricted programmes) 
  30 July 2026 – 23 June 2027
   
• Part‑time student requests (unrestricted programmes) 
  3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: also possible after the ordinary deadline, before payment of the first instalment)
   
• Authorisation for the University to acquire the ISEE value from the INPS database 
  3 August 2026 – 22 January 2027, 1 p.m. (final deadline with administrative charge: also possible after the ordinary deadline)
   
• Request for exemption for family members enroled at the same time 
  3 August 2026 – 22 January 2027, 1 p.m.
   
• Programme change (unrestricted programmes) 
  3 August 2026 – 18 December 2026 (final deadline with administrative charge: 26 February 2027)
   
• Payment of the balance of the first instalment for students who are not scholarship recipients 
  by 3 February 2027 (final deadline with administrative charge: also possible after the ordinary deadline)
   
• Award of the first (bachelor’s) degree for University graduates wishing to continue their studies in a second (master’s) degree programme (only for students enroled in a.y. 2026/2027) 
  by 30 April 2027
   
• Enrolment in unrestricted (master’s) degree programmes for University graduates who obtained their degree between 7 November 2026 and 30 April 2027 (only for students enrolled in a.y. 2026/2027)
  by 14 May 2027
   
• Enrolment in unrestricted second (master’s) degree programmes for University graduates who obtained their degree between 7 November 2026 and 30 April 2027 (only for students enroled in a.y. 2026/2027)
  by 14 May 2027
   
• Payment of the second instalment 
  by 28 May 2027 (final deadline with administrative charge: also possible after the ordinary deadline)
