Training aimed at technical and administrative staff and foreign language instructors (CEL) constitutes a strategic lever for the organisational development of the University of Florence. It is designed starting from the analysis of training needs and skill gaps, in alignment with the University's strategic goals. It accompanies the University's processes of change and innovation, supporting the professional development of people and the strengthening of the University's organisational capacity. What it offers The educational offer is organised into structured paths oriented towards the development of transversal and professional skills, with an integrated approach between the organisational dimension and individual development. Special attention is paid to strengthening organisational and managerial skills, promoting leadership, fostering organisational well-being, and updating legal and regulatory knowledge. Within this scope, particular emphasis is placed on developing digital, administrative, and organisational skills, including those connected to sustainability themes, to support process innovation and the continuous improvement of services. The offer is completed by opportunities for international outlook, through International Mobility programmes, participation in European initiatives, and language training courses. How it works Training activities are integrated into a coordinated system that combines planning, implementation, and evaluation, according to a cycle of continuous improvement. The system allows for monitoring processes, evaluating results, and measuring the impact of training on service improvement and organisational effectiveness.
