Studente della Toscana Card

The University of Florence issues its students the Carta Studente della Toscana (Tuscany Student Card): a regional, personal card that serves as an ID document within the University.

The card can be used to:

  • access the canteens of the Regional Agency for the Right to University Education (DSU);
  • use the University’s libraries;
  • benefit from discounts reserved for university students at museums, theatres, and shops

Sending the card to enroled students

If you have enroled at Unifi, you will receive your student card at the address you provided when you enroled.

Your card can only be printed and sent if you have uploaded a valid photo and paid the first instalment of your fees.

To recharge your canteen account, simply log in to the Ricarichiamoci portal.

Theft, loss, deterioration

In the event of theft, loss, or damage, it is possible to request a duplicate by completing the form available below, along with the corresponding self-declaration (affidavit in lieu of a sworn statement).

Both documents must be sent to the following email address: cartastudente(AT)unifi.it.

A contribution of 6,00 euros is required for the issuance of the duplicate card.
