Professional Master’s Programmes

University professional master's programmes are advanced training courses that allow you to deepen your knowledge and acquire specialised skills in a specific professional field. There are two types of professional master's programmes:

  • first-level: you can apply if you hold a first-cycle (bachelor's) degree;
  • second-level: you can apply if you hold a second-cycle (master's) degree or a single-cycle degree.

Professional master's programmes generally last one year and require earning at least 60 CFU/ECTS credits. They may include lectures, laboratories, seminars, project work, internships and other learning activities.

Please note: all courses are taught in Italian except for the ones specified.

A professional master's programme can help you:

  • gain in-depth knowledge of a specific field;
  • acquire advanced professional skills;
  • update or expand your educational background;
  • develop skills required by the job market;
  • specialise in an area of interest.
