The Board of Auditors (Collegio dei Revisori dei Conti) carries out the administrative and accounting compliance audits of the University. It verifies compliance with the law, statutory provisions, and regulations through oversight of financial, asset, and operational management.It is composed of 3 full members and 2 alternate members: one full member, serving as Chair, appointed by the Academic Senate from among administrative and accounting magistrates and State attorneys; one full member and one alternate designated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance; and one full member and one alternate designated by the Ministry of University and Research. Members cannot be selected from among University staff; they hold office for a three-year term, renewable once only. At least two of the full members must be registered in the register of statutory auditors.
