Orientation and welcome desk

The desk ensures an orientation service in the phase of choosing the study programme, supports students during their academic career and guides them to the various services aimed at them to facilitate their insertion into university life and the academic community. It provides initial administrative information by guiding students to the appropriate offices.

Send your details by email and the reason for the request. You will receive an answer or be offered an in-person appointment.

UNIFI Telesportello, an online desk through Google Meet is active  (Tuesday, 9.30 am - 1 pm and  1.30 pm - 4.30 pm). To access it fill in the request on the online form.

They provide services related to student career management from an administrative point of view: First-year admissions and enrolments | University fees | Internal and external transfers | Career suspensions | Certifications and Diploma Supplement.

Access mode

Students Admin Offices receive students in person by appointment.
