Ongoing Orientation: support during your studies

Ongoing orientation plays a strategic role in supporting academic success and in promoting pathways of study and personal growth.

Through specific support and training initiatives, Unifi accompanies students during moments of transition or difficulty, helping them strengthen self‑esteem, develop self‑awareness, and enhance problem‑solving skills so they can make informed decisions about their future.

An integral part of this strategy is the StayOnPath project, an initiative designed to help students stay on track and move successfully toward their goals.

The University of Florence offers experiential workshops designed to provide practical tools for improving study organization and managing the emotional aspects connected to academic life.

Programme 2026

The workshops adopt an interactive approach aimed at normalizing difficulties and fostering self‑efficacy.
