  • the annual all-inclusive contribution.

Students enroled in a degree programme are not entitled to the refund of fees and contributions paid, except in certain cases specified (read Partial or total exemptions from the payment of fees and contributions).

How and when fees are paid

Tuition fees are paid in two installments, exclusively via the PagoPA system; the payment slips are available on the Student Career Management application (Gestione Carriera Studente - GCS).

The deadlines are listed on the Calendar of key deadlines webpage. Payments made after the deadline are subject to an administrative charge of 100 euros. Late payment of this fine does not incur any further penalties.

Students who are not up to date with payments cannot request any certificate related to academic career, cannot transfer to another university, and cannot change programme of study within the university.

The payment receipt does not need to be submitted to the Student Administration Offices, but should be kept until the degree is obtained because, in case of disputes, it constitutes the only proof of payment.

Payments are due in two instalments

  • the first one payable at the time of enrolment
  • and the second one due in the late Spring of the following calendar year. Please refer to each year's Student Regulations (Manifesto degli Studi) to find out the exact deadlines.

There are late fees and interest rate charges for late payments.

Consult the relevant webpage in Italian.
