The course in Theory and Technique of Public Communication is a compulsory course of the first year of PROGEAS. It takes place in the second half of the year
Academic and is valid for 6 CFU. The course will analyze the main theories concerning public communication
and mass of the '900, up to the most recent elaborations and the acceleration of the last twenty years.

for twenty-five years it has been experimenting with forms of participatory teaching, in which the activation of students is part
central part of the educational path.
Type of Assessment
The exam consists of a written test of three folders constructed throughout the duration of the course and an oral test on the assigned texts.
Together, the course represents a basic writing course, a journey into the
Western media system and an effort to re-attribute meanings to communication and implications
that this has in our societies. Not what it is for, but what communication is.
