The course is an introduction to corporate finance, providing a conceptual framework of the firm's investment, financing and dividend decision and value maximization. The aim of the course is to introduce students to capital budgeting analysis also focusing on bonds and stocks valuation. Topics will be time value, free cash flow models and cost of capital estimation
