Learning Objectives
The aim of the course is to supply the ability to acquire familiarity with the legal language; to find, interpret (also critically),understand and use the regulatory framework of International, National and European on Environmental Law, with particular attention to the Laws dealing with the protection of biodiversity.

The course provides the knowledge of: 1) the juridical instruments fro the comprehension of the discussed topics; 2) the basic concepts of International,European and Italian Environmental Law, and of the juridical lines leading to the National Law and more strictly connected to the protection of biodiversity; 3) of the in Law in force dealing with both the protection of the wild fauna and the hunting

The course consists of frontal lessons, seminars, exercises, interactive activities on the discussed cases,in presence or at distance according to University of Florence directions relating to COVID2019
