RICONOSCIMENTI
L'attivita svolta è di tipo sperimentale, nel campo dell'ottica tecnica, con particolare riguardo alle applicazioni metrologiche della luce coerente ed al calcolo ottico. In dettaglio i temi salienti:
1. Applicazione dei fenomeni di "speckles" allo studio della finitura delle superfici ottiche ed al monitoraggio del processo di lucidatura; relazione tra campo di "speckles" in pupilla d'uscita e luce diffusa sul piano focale.
2. Applicazioni della interferometria a scorrimento di fase:
3. Applicazione dell'interferometria omodina multifase alle misure di microspostamenti e spessori ottici; monitoraggio del progressivo assottigliamento di un film di sapone tramite un interferometro omodina multifase in polarizzazione.
4. Accreditamento del laboratorio di interferometria dell'Istituto Nazionale di Ottica Applicata quale Centro SIT n. 130 per la misura della planarità (picco-valle) di lamine interferenziali di diametro da 10 a 94 mm, campo di misura da 0 a 2 μm, incertezza 10 nm (questa incertezza è espressa come due volte lo scarto tipo). Preparazione del manuale della qualità con relative procedure attinenti alla gestione del centro. Scrittura delle procedure di misura: generazione del campione di planarità di prima linea, generazione del campione di planarità di seconda linea, e taratura di una lamina interferenziale.
5. Emissione di certificati SIT per la taratura di lamine interferenziali.
6. Emissione di rapporti di prova riguardanti la taratura di lamine piano-paralle. Uso taratura micrometri.
7. Emissione di rapporti di prova riguardanti la misura della focale di lenti campione. Uso taratura frontifocometri.
