The course will explore contract effects related to goods movement.
First, notions of relevance, effectiveness and enforceability will be defined. Then, attention will be given to the new rules of transfer, use and destination of goods: trust, art. 2645 ter, rent to buy. The course will be deal also with contract effects and enviromental protection. On this latter issue and the sustainable development principle, in November 2015 there will be a conference.
Theoretical analysis will be completed by examining the most recent judgments of the Italian and European courts.
