To acquire capacities and competencies in complex problems analysis and representation
to be able to design and manage simple instruments for the information management.
To be able to have a competent relationship with IT consultants and professionals
(Part 2 - 1 credit - Laura Grassini) Definition and construction of indicators to monitor competitiveness and sustainability.
An Indicator System contributes to improving the sustainable management of destinations, and helps stakeholders to measure and monitor their sustainability management processes, and enable them to share and benchmark their progress and performance in the future.
