Learning Objectives - Part A
The aim of the course is giving to all students a deep knowledge of the Italian Labour law and Industrial relations system, with the ability to recognize, understand and interpret all the different sources of law in this field, both national' and European' ones.
In particular, the students will be able: to understand the methodological issues related with the sources of law, according with the constitutional dimension of the Italian labour law; to find and analyze the particular solutions of this particular regulation, both with an economic and social perspective; to understand all the principles and the typical labour law topics; to develop the attitude and ability to understand and interpret juridical documents; to understand and analyze, also with a critical approach, judicial documents and judgements, stressing all the juridical facts and issues related.
