Martina Mori is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Florence, Italy.
Her research interests mainly regard organisational behaviour topics, focusing on employee voice and leadership behaviours.
She is a member of relevant international and Italian academic associations, such as ASSIOA (Associazione Italiana di Organizzazione Aziendale), EURAM (European Academy of Management) and BAM (British Academy of Management)
